Got telephone consultation same day, doctor was very helpful, receptionist was lovely. Also I needed advice on pain killer I was taking had call back and helpful

I was able to get a quick phone back and subsequent appointment on line. This method is excellent. I have spoken to and seen the same doctor, Dr Wincott. This was important as I felt he understood my problem. I would recommend an appointment with this doctor.

The doctor called me. I wasn't expecting a call, but he was extremely helpful as I had just been discharged from hospital.

My son received excellent care and attention from Dr Tom Wincott. He was seen the same day for an initial examination and referred without fuss for an ultrasound scan. Dr Wincott followed up the results with a consultant and kept us informed of the discussions.

Nothing, we are very satisfied with the care provided to our son.

Posted symptoms / issue with an additional supporting photo on the online service requesting either call back from GP or appointment. An appointment was made for me on the same day.
